	Clara Mae Mathison, 83, of Moorhead, Iowa, died Sunday, October 13, 
1991, at Burgess Memorial hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born July 22, 909, in Triplett, MO, to Joseph and Mary 
(Harper) Crews.   On May 9, 1931, she married Conrad M. Mathison in Moorhead.  
He died March 4, 1981, in Dunlap, Iowa.
	Survivors include two sons and their wives, Loren and Bonnie of Omaha, 
NE, and Mike and Diane of Dow City, three daughters, and their husbands, Linda 
and Richard Ballantyne of Dunlap, Janet and Donald Geneski of Omaha, NE,and 
Mary Lou and Kay Olson of Denison, one sister, Nina Hildreth of Pisgah, ten 
grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Conrad.
