	Thomas L. Matthaidess, 53, died December 3, 1992 at St. Joseph 
Hospital in Omaha, NE.
	Survivors include his wife, Maureen Wade Matthaidess of Omaha, sons 
Jeff of Omaha, and Brad and his wife, Terry of Nashville, TN, a brother, Dan 
Matthaidess of Rochester, NY and a sister, Karen Raker of Renton, WA, nieces 
and nephews.
