	Cecil McGee, of Omaha, a former Soldier resident, passed away at the 
age of 74 years.  
	Survivors include his wife, Mary, sons, Dr. John, James, and Timothy 
of Omaha, and Daniel of Tucson, Ariz., daughters, Theresa McGee, Julie 
Churchill, Mary Kline and Brijeda El Hozim, all of Omaha, sisters, Frances 
Koerner of Omaha, Ruth Jary of Soldier, and Evelyn Stanley of Shingle Springs, 
Calif., brother, Kenneth of Sturgeon Lake, Minn., and eight grandchildren.  He 
was preceded in death by his son, Patrick, and his parents, Dallas and Della 
McGee.
	

Additional Comments:
Parents were Dallas Paul McGee and Della Weaver.
