Cecil I. McManis							
	1994

	Cecil Irene McManis, 88, of Onawa, Iowa, died Monday, November 21, 
1994,  in Onawa.
	Mrs. McManis was born June 26, 1906, at Moorhead, Iowa, the daughter 
of Rasmus and Sada (Conyers) Nelsen.    On May 25, 1934, she married Joe S. 
McManis at Moorhead.   Mr. McManis died October 23, 1964, in Albuquerque, NM

	Survivors include one son of Dakota City, NE; one daughter of Phoenix, 
AZ, one sister, Merlyn Clemmensen of Onawa, ten grandchildren, twenty-one 
great grandchildren, and one nephew of Phoenix, AZ.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe.
