	Cecil Irene McManis, 88, of Onawa, Iowa, died Monday, November 21, 
1994 in Onawa.
	Mrs. McManis was born June 26, 1906, at Moorhead, Iowa, the daughter 
of Rasmus and Sada (Conyers) Nelsen.   On May 25, 1934, she married Joe S. 
McManis at Moorhead.   Mr. McManis died October 23, 1964, in Albuquerque.

	Survivors include one son; one daughter; one sister; ten 
grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and one nephew.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Joe.
