Mrs. Wm. Meadows Is Laid To Rest				1957

	Mrs. Jane Evangeline Meadows, passed away at an Onawa nursing home 
Monday, January 20, 1958.	
	Mrs. Jane Evangeline Meadows, was born in Springfield, Ill, March 10, 
1874.  She was married to William Meadows at Omaha in 1891,   Mr. Meadows died 
in 1957.
	Survivors are 10 children:  Mrs. Edna Meyers of Denison, Ia., Mrs. 
Effie Olson of Castana, Ia., Mrs. Rose Lee, Launie and Lyle, all of Soldier, 
Ray of Sioux City, Mrs. Mae Jerup of Chicago, Mrs. Hazel Messenbrink of 
Moorhead, Ia., Allen and Cecil, both of Ute; 44 grandchildren and 63 great-
grandchildren.  Three children died in infancy and a son, Edward died in 1948.
