    Helen M. Allen, 92, of Onawa died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2003, at Burgess 
Health Center in Onawa.
    Helen May Allen was born May 29, 1910, near Moorhead, Iowa, the daughter 
of Perry and Rada (Treft) Moore. She married Clark Meeker.  On June 14, 1937, 
she was united in marriage to Robert Allen in Onawa, Robert passed away Sept. 
17, 1977.
     Surviors include a son and his wife, Floyd and Patty Allen of Onawa; four 
daughters, June Ottman of Onawa, Dora Ham  of Tekamah, Neb., Sandra and her 
husband, Roger Davis, of Castana, Iowa, and Joyce Allen of Glenwood, Iowa; two 
sisters, Ella Mortensen of Denison, Iowa, and Erma Davis of Missouri; 24 
grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and several great-great-
grandchildren.
    Along with her husband, Robert, she was  preceded in death by her parents; 
a daughter, Rose; a son, Raymond Meeker; a grandson, Blain Fox; two brothers 
and two sisters.
