	Frances Viola Mess died at Winter Haven, FL on Monday, October 8, 1990.
	She was born in Monona County, Iowa to Annie and Andrew Shol.
	Frances was united in marriage to Burdette Mess.
	Survivors include two sisters, Doris Burson of Soldier and Beatrice 
Dick of Onawa.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Burdette, her 
parents, Annie and Andrew Shol, two sisters, Alice Nestell and Lola Hillburg 
and two brothers, Leslie Shol and Elmer Shol.
