	 Norman R. Miller, 75, of Turin died Monday, July 26, 1999, at a Sioux 
City hospital
	
	Mr. Miller was born Jan. 10, 1924, in Alta, Iowa, the son of Randrup 
and Margaret (Hansen) Miller.  
	He married Gwen Petlon on June 17, 1945, in Alta. 
	
	Survivors include his wife; two sons, Steve of Sloan, Iowa, and Denny 
and his wife, Karen of Sioux City; four grandchildren; a brother, Gerald of 
Des Moines; and a sister and her husband, Phyllis and Shirley Skidmore of 
Whiting, Iowa.
	He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Roger and 
Adley; and two sisters-in-law, Esther and Willmina Miller.
