Honnes Mohr
Dies Suddenly			(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Honnes H. Mohr, 85, of Ute died unexpectedly at his home last Friday, 
October 18.  
	Honnes H. Mohr was born August 13, 1883 near Preston, Jackson county, 
Iowa and passed away at his home in Ute at the age of 85 years, 2 months and 5 
days.  He moved to the Ute community shortly before his marriage to Anna 
Bretthauer on Sept. 22, 1909 at Ute.
	
	Survivors include the widow; one sister, Mrs. Etta Burmahl of Preston, 
Iowa; one brother, Fred of Preston; one foster daughter, and several nieces 
and nephews.
