	Waldo Levi Moltsau, 75,  Two Inlets, Minn., died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 
1989,
	Mr. Moltsau was born April 20, 1914, in Soldier, Iowa, son of 
Frederick and Gusta Moltsau.   In 1932, he married Irene Drowns in Sioux 
City.    Mrs. Moltsau died in 1972.  He married Laura Welch April 25, 1974, in 
Sioux City.  
       Survivors include his wife, Laura; a stepson, Michael and his wife, 
Claryce Welch of Sioux City; two stepdaughters, Maureen Welch of Longmont, 
Colo., and Suzanne Rishe of Roseville, Calif.; two sisters, Ann Nelson of 
Inglewood, Calif., and Gladys Kjeer of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and six grandchildren.
