ALVIN NAVRUDE                  (From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Alvin Navrude, a resident of Soldier, Iowa, passed away at Burgess 
Memorial Hospital at Onawa, Iowa, on January 29, 1980.
	He was born at Soldier on October 1, 1904, the son of Swen and Soffie 
Soffebrotten Navrude.   
	Survivors include his three sisters Emma Navrude, Inga Navrude and 
Hannah Navrude all of Soldier and one brother, Oscar Navrude of Onawa, and 
several nieces and nephews and other relatives.  He was preceded in death by 
his parents and two brothers.
