Eunice H. Nelsen							
	1995

	Eunice H. Nelsen, 91, of Onawa, Iowa, formerly of Soldier and 
Ricketts, died Monday, February 27, 1995, at the Elmwood Care Centre in Onawa.
	She was born August 26, 1903, to Holstein and Josephine (Hanson) 
Wingate at Soldier, Iowa.   On December 15, 1923, she married Jalmer 
Nelsen.    Mr. Nelsen died November 25, 1959, in Onawa.
	
	Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Merces and Gale 
Merrill of Hastings, Nebraska, another daughter and her husband  of Sheridan, 
Wyoming, and a daughter and her husband of Orlando, Florida; one son, LeRoy 
Nelsen of Onawa; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a great 
great granddaughter.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, 
Darl Lee, and one brother, Lyman Wingate.
