Dies In Car                                              (From the collection 
of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	John P. Nelson, 72, of Sioux City, and former long time resident of 
the Soldier community, was found dead in his automobile 
	He was born Sept. 8, 1898 near Castana.  He married Fae Lawrenson Jan. 
12, 1921 at Onawa.
	
	Survivors include the widow; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Doris) Kuhlman Jr. 
of Charter Oak, and one granddaughter.
