	Donald A. Nelson, 54, of  Ventura, California  passed away  Sunday, 
August 11, 1991. He was born January 24, 1937, in Soldier, Iowa, the son of 
Omar and Mary Ann (McShannon) Nelson.  
	He married Sandra Watson in March 1963 in Anaheim, CA.
	He was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Ventura.	
	Survivors include his wife, Sandra of Ventura, a son, Scott, of 
Norfolk, VA, two daughters, Melissa and Shannon, both of Ventura, his parents 
Omar and Mary Ann Nelson of Soldier, a sister, Mary Lee Nepper of Ute, and 
three grandchildren.
