        Kirby Quentin Norman, 65, of Iowa city, Iowa, died Saturday, June 17, 
2000, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
	Kirby was born November 25, 1934, in Maryville, MO, the only child of 
William Adrian and Eldora S. (McMahon) Norman.  
	On June 15, 1963, he married Donna Rae Phipps at Onawa, Iowa.
	
	Survivors include his wife, Donna of Iowa City, Iowa; a son, Trevor 
Quentin Norman of Dallas, Texas; his parent’s-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph 
Phipps of Onawa, Iowa and many other family and friends.
	He was preceded in death by his father in 1978 and his mother in 1989.
