Woman Buried Here                   (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	
	Bertha, daughter of Hans and Carrie Evenson, was born August 24, 1891 
near Soldier.  She passed away Monday evening, February 2 at her home.
		Mrs. Olson is survived by seven children, 20 grandchildren and 
one great grandchild.  Her husband died June 28, 1948 and she was also 
preceded in death by three sister and three brothers.
	On January 19, 1910 Bertha Evenson was united in marriage to Olius B. 
Olson and to this union seven children were born;  Mrs. Lloyd Hartwig of 
Dunlap, Mrs. Leonard Heistand, Mrs. Lawrence Pederson and Russell of Dow City, 
Virgil of Ute, Raymond of Battle Creek and Lyle of Denison.
