MRS. CLARA O. OLSON                 (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mrs. Clara O. Olson, formerly of Soldier, Iowa passed away on July 15, 
1978 at the Carroll Care Center at Carroll, Iowa.  
	She was born at Soldier on May 14, 1897 and her parents were John and 
Martha Ulven Nelson.  She was married to Alfred Olson on May 19, 1920 at 
Soldier.  He preceded her in death on May 14, 1966.  
	Clara is survived by her sister, Mrs. Guy (Cora) Hanson of Soldier, 
Iowa.  Three grandsons, two granddaughters; seven great grandchildren and two 
step-great grandchildren as well as a host of other relatives and friends.  
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and a son Russell 
Willard Olson and four brothers and two sisters.
