	Funeral services for Maurice “Morrie” Olson of Portland, OR, were held 
July 24, 1998, at St. Rose Catholic Church in Portland.  He died July 19, 1998.

	He was born May 25, 1937, at Soldier, IA, to Melvin “Sandy” and 
Dorothy Olson. He married Helen Stonemen in 1961.  
	Survivors are his wife, Helen, one son, three daughters,  two 
grandchildren, ; two sisters; and one brother; nieces and nephews.
