	Everett L. Phillips, 75, died Thursday, March 10, 1988 in Onawa.
	He was born November 1, 1912, in rural Castana, Iowa, to Norris and 
Optie (Moss) Phillips.  On February 27, 1936, he married Agnes Wade in 
Maryville, Mo.  
	Survivors include his wife, Agnes, one son, Jerome of Council Bluffs, 
two grandchildren, and two great grandsons.
	He was preceded in death by his parents.
