James Pickle

	James Pickle, 82, Moorhead, Iowa, died Saturday, October 6, 1990,  in 
Omaha, Neb.
	He was born June 11, 1908, at Grosclose, Va., to Charles Wiley and 
Dona Theodosia (Yonts) Pickle.  On February 28, 1934, he married Irene Elma 
Berg at Onawa.  She died June 23, 1978, in Sioux City.    He married Helen 
Thoreson on August 22, 1982, 
	
	Survivors include his wife, Helen, one son,  and his wife,  of 
Moorhead, two grandsons,  one great granddaughter, one brother, John Pickle of 
rural Retreat, Va., and two sisters, Mae Ratliff of Roanoke, Va., and Pauline 
Buchannan of Wytheville, Va., two step-sons,  two step daughters, and nine 
step-grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Irene, one 
brother, Ernest, and a sister, Bessie.
