Mrs. Queen was born December 15, 1907, rural Whiting, Iowa, the daughter of Elmer G. and Myrtle (Fegenbush) Clark. She graduated from Whiting High School. On May 19, 1934, she married Howard Melvin Queen in Sioux City, Iowa. Mr. Queen died November 3, 1966, at Onawa, Iowa. Survivors include a son and his wife, Norman R. and Joyce Queen of Soldier; a daughter and her husband, Charlotte and Bill Lee of Sebring, FL; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one sister, Mildred; an infant sister; two brothers, Floyd and Kenneth; one infant brother; and one great grandson, Jacob.
