Farmer Expires			(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Brady Riddle, 72, Castana passed away Wednesday, Dec. 24 at the Battle 
Creek nursing home after a long illness.
	
	Brady C. Riddle, son of Charles and Anna Riddle, was born March 1, 
1897 in Noble County, Ohio.   They farmed near Ute.  He was married to 
Ernestine Ridley March 30, 1918 at Mapleton. 
	
	
	Survivors include four sons, Charles and Loren of Castana, Leonard of 
Milwaukee, Wis. And Myron of Ute; two daughters, Mrs. Elvin (Hazel Hanson of 
Castana and Mrs. Neva Olson of Douglas, Arizona; one brother, Fred of Charter 
Oak; two sisters, Mrs. W. C. (Mary) Knutson of Soldier and Mrs. Harry (Gladys) 
Allen of Roundup, Montana; 23 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and a 
host of friends.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, two grandchildren, 
one brother and two sisters.
