MRS. ORREN RUDE                     (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mae Leona Rude, Soldier, Iowa passed away on November 11, 1975 at 
Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa.
	The daughter of James Norby and Amanda Hedum Norby, she was born at 
Soldier, Iowa on October 27, 1896.  On March 22, 1916 she was married to Orren 
Rude at Soldier.  He passed away on August 24, 1971.  
	Survivors include her two daughters, Mrs. LaVerne (Edna) Holverson of 
Moorhead, Iowa and Mrs. David (Eddith) George of Fort Walton Beach Fla. and 
two sisters, Mrs. Dagney Lund of Soldier and Ida Norby of Holstein, Iowa.  
There are three grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  She was preceded 
in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, three brothers and one son.
