    John M. Rustin, 90, passed away August 25, 2002 at Bethany Lutheran Home, 
Council Bluffs, Iowa. 
    He was born in Moorhead, Iowa on February 9, 1912 to Orville and Lucy 
(Millard) Rustin. He was married to Twila Twiford on December 27, 1945. 

    Survivors include wife, Twila D. (Twiford) Rustin – Council Bluffs, IA; 
step-daughter, Sharon Peterson Baker and her husband John, Newport News, VA., 
step-daughter-in-law, Beverly Hall Peterson, her husband, Gary C. Peterson 
died January 2001, five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; numerous 
nieces and nephews; two sisters, Grace Hinkel, Moorhead, IA and Florence 
Lucas, Sioux City, IA; brother Morris Rustin and his wife Deloris of Whiting, 
IA.
