	Lyle William Savery, 79, of Moorhead, Iowa, died July 9, 1994, at 
Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born December 1, 1914, near Moorhead, the son of James Edward 
and Anna (Bolte) Savery.  He was a lifelong farmer in the Moorhead area.  On 
February 13, 1935, he married Marie Catherine McHugh at Woodbine, Iowa.  Marie 
died June 17, 1985.  On November 17, 1990, he married Evelyn Bingen. 
	He is survived by a son, Gary and his wife, Terri, of Moorhead, three 
daughters, Joanne Durig of Onawa, Lorna Thogersen and her husband, Terry, of 
Richmond, TX, and Karen Rutledge and her husband, Norman, of Henderson, AR, 
two brothers, Elmer Savery of Soldier and Edward Savery of Marshalltown, one 
sister, Gladys Blommingstein of Council Bluffs, one step-daughter, Gail Byre 
and husband, Dale of Mason City, IA, three step-sons, Chuck Bingen and wife, 
Jan of Vermillion, SD, Kent Bingen and wife, Dianna, and Joel Bingen and wife, 
Kim, all of Rapid City, SD, eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, 
and twelve step-grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marie, four 
sisters, Louise Schmidt, Etta, Edna Morris and Emma Dunlop, and two brothers, 
LeRoy and Floyd.
