	Floyd E. Savery, 82, died Friday, August 24, 1990, at Burgess Memorial 
Hospital, Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born March 24, 1908, in rural Woodbine, Iowa to James Edward 
and Anna (Bolte) Savery.  On February 13, 1935, he married Ellen McHugh at 
Woodbine, Iowa.  
	Survivors include his wife, Ellen, one daughter, Mrs. Virgil (Shirley) 
Olson of Moorhead, two grandchildren, Steven of Moorhead and Mrs. Mike 
(Carolyn) Mortenson of Sioux City, four brothers, Elmer of Soldier, Roy of 
Mapleton, Edward of Denison, and Lyle of Moorhead, two sisters, Edna Morris 
and Gladys Blumenstein, both of Council Bluffs, many nieces and nephews and 
many other relatives and friends.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Emma Dunlop 
of Blair, Neb., and Louise Schmidt of Papillion, Neb. and an infant sister, 
Etta.
