	Harry Schlensig, 83,  died January 2, 1987 at the Marshalltown Medical 
and Surgical Center in Marshalltown.
	He was born July 25, 1903, near Soldier, to John and Dora (Bolte) 
Schlensig.  On August 28, 1943, he married Ella Melby in Dakota City.  
	Survivors include his wife, Ella; 2 daughters,  Jane Kiepe and Linda 
Schlensig, both of Soldier; 2 grandchildren, ; and a great grandson.
	He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother; and 2 sisters.
