	Marie Anna Schmieder, 80 died Sunday, February 19, 1995, at Burgess 
Memorial Hospital in Onawa.
	Mrs. Schmieder was born August 22, 1914, in rural Soldier, Iowa, the 
daughter of Albert and Martha (Meseck) Stoll.  On December 10, 1933, she 
married Harry Schmieder at Ute, Iowa.  	
	Survivors include her husband, Harry; two sisters, Esther Moltsau and 
Mrs. Levi (Henrietta) Harms, both of Onawa, and nieces and nephews.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Albert, 
Herbert, and Henry.
	Services were held at 2 p.m.  Wednesday, February 22, 1995, at the 
Faith Lutheran Church in Onawa.
	
	Interment was in Jordan Township Cemetery at Soldier, Iowa with 
arrangements by the Pearson Funeral Home, Onawa, Iowa.
