	Clifford D. Seaton, 75, Moorhead, Iowa, died Thursday, February 13, 
1992, at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	He was born April 15, 1916, at Moorhead, Iowa, to James E. and Hattie 
(Hansen) Seaton.  On May 10, 1938, he married Eileen M. Stolley at 
Moorhead.    Mrs. Seaton died August 18, 1988, at Onawa.
	
	Survivors include one son and his wife, Donnel and Sharon Seaton of 
Omaha, NE, one grandson and his wife, Scott and Anne Seaton, of Omaha, NE, 
three great grandchildren, and one brother, Maynard Seaton of Phoenix, AZ.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and three brothers, 
Kenneth, Stanley, and Marvin.
