	Eileen M. Seaton, 70, Moorhead, Iowa, died Thursday, August 18, 1988, 
at Burgess Memorial Hospital in Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born May 10, 1918, in rural Moorhead, Iowa to Henry and Bertha 
(Croft) Stolley.   On May 10, 1938 she married Clifford Seaton at Moorhead.
	
	Survivors include her husband, Clifford, one son, Donnel of Omaha, 
Neb., one brother, George Stolley of Casa Grande, Ariz., three sisters, Mrs. 
Leone Shol and Mrs. Alice Crews, both of Moorhead, and Mrs. Lou Pearey of 
Cambridge, Iowa, one grandson and one great grandson.
	She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Lenore 
Sanders and Nadine Johnson.
