	Guy Charles Severson, Moorhead, died on February 3, 1987 in the 
Elmwood Nursing Home in Onawa.
	He was born March 23, 1893, at Soldier, the son of Julius and Bertha 
(Nelson) Severson,  On September 10, 1919, he married Mida Millard at 
Soldier.    Mrs. Severson died March 4, 1972, at Onawa.
	
	Survivors include two sons, Raymond of Moorhead and Ronald of LeMars; 
a sister, Mrs. Hazel Ibbotson of Minneapolis; 10 grandchildren and 12 great 
grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his wife, two sons, Glenn and Russell, a 
granddaughter, Ann, two sisters, Edna and Juliette, and three brothers, 
Walter, Roy and Earl.
