Marie J. Shanahan
UTE, Iowa - Marie Julia Shanahan, 92, of Ute died Thursday, March 12, 1998, at 
the Maple Heights Nursing Home in Mapleton, Iowa.

Miss Shanahan was born Aug. 7, 1905, in Ute, the daughter of J. William and 
Mary (Cronin) Shanahan.

Survivors include two sisters, Loretta Seufert and Margie and her husband 
Raymond Pithan, all of Ute; a sister-in-law, Teresa Shanahan of Ute; and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Vincent, and four nephews.
