Mrs. MERRILL STRUBLE                (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mrs. Merrill Struble, Turin, Iowa passed away at Burgess Memorial 
Hospital in Onawa, Iowa, on October 21, 1981.  
	She was born Ruby G. Amundson in Jordan Township near Soldier, Iowa, 
on December 1, 1900 and was the daughter of Ole Amundson and Jeanette 
Ballantyne Amundson.  
	She was married to Merrill Struble on February 26, 1919, near 
Soldier.  
	Survivors include her husband, Merrill, of Turin, one daughter of Sgt. 
Bluff, Iowa, four sons, one brother, Fred Amundson of Central Point, Ore., and 
twenty-four grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.  She was preceded 
in death by one son, Cleo, in September 1943 in World War II, four brothers 
and two sisters.
