     Gary Eugene Suckstorf, 51, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of Ute, died 
Thursday, April 22, 1999, in Mesa, Ariz.
	
	Mr. Suckstorf was born on Nov. 3, 1947, in Anthon, Iowa, the son of 
Harry and Della (Lill) Suckstorf.  He married Tammy Thoreson in Soldier, Iowa.
	
	Survivors include his father and step-mother, Harry and Dottie of 
McCook Lake, S.D.; two daughters, Michelle Sigler and her husband, Eric of 
Mesa, and Jodie Suckstorf of Charter Oak, Iowa; one granddaughter; a sister-in-
law, Lois Suckstorf of Kingsley, Iowa; one niece; two great-nieces; a great-
great-niece; one great-great nephew; and many other relatives.
	He was preceded in death by his mother; a brother, Wayne; and a great-
nephew, Shane.
