Andrew O. Swenson				1992

	Andrew “Andy” Oliver Swenson, 84, died Saturday, August 29, 1992, at 
Mapleton Heights Nursing Home in Mapleton, IA
	He was born February 9, 1908, on the farm Southeast of Soldier, Iowa, 
to Swen A. and Olena (Peterson) Swenson.  On February 14, 1929, he married 
Pauline A. Reeder at Soldier.  
	
	Survivors include one daughter and her husband of Soldier; three sons 
and their wives, Myron and Lou Swenson of Sioux City, Iowa, another son and 
his wife of Carson City, NV, and a son and his wife of Moreno Valley, CA, 
three brothers, Swen K. of Fonda, and Clifford and Harold of Moorhead, one 
sister, Lillian Price of Council Bluffs, fourteen grandchildren, and fourteen 
great grandchildren.
	He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Pauline, one 
sister, Gladys Husted and one grandson, Travis.
