	Harold B. A. Swenson, 79, of Moorhead, Iowa, died Saturday, February 
11, 1995, at the Dunlap Care Centre following a brief illness.
	He was born November 28, 1915, in Soldier, Iowa, the son of Swen A. 
and Olena (Peterson) Swenson.  He married Helen Haugen August 30, 1940, at 
Soldier.  	
	Survivors include his wife, Helen, of Moorhead, two daughters, Annette 
Rossignol of St. Augustine, Fl, and Barbara and her husband, Jon Ludwig of 
Lincoln, NE, a son and his wife, Bernard and Peggy of Harlan, two brothers and 
their wives, Clifford and Dorothy M. of Moorhead and Swen and Vallie of Fonda; 
a sister and her husband, Lillian and Art Price of Council Bluffs, five 
grandchildren, Kim Aaron, Cathy Cindy and B.J., and two great grandchildren, 
Candice and Matthew.
	He was also preceded in death by a brother, Andrew and his wife, 
Pauline; a sister, Gladys and a great grandchild, Alex.
	Funeral Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 14, 1995, at 
Bethesda Lutheran Church, Moorhead, Iowa, 
	Interment was in Soldier Lutheran Cemetery, Soldier, Iowa, with 
arrangements by Pearson Funeral Home, Onawa, Iowa.
