	Pauline A. Swenson, Ute, Iowa, died Tuesday, October 1, 1991, at 
Crawford County Hospital in Denison.  
	She was born June 29, 1911, at Cullison, Kansas, the daughter of 
Fredrick and Ethel Reeder.   She married Andrew O.G. Swenson on February 15, 
1929 in Soldier.  
	Survivors include her husband, Andrew, of Maple Heights Nursing Home, 
Mapleton; a daughter Joan and her husband, Glen Butler of Soldier; three sons 
and their wives, Myron and Lou of Sioux City, James and Helene of Carson City, 
Nevada, and Robert and Mary of Morano Valley, California; 14 grandchildren; 
and 14 great-grandchildren.
	In addition to her parents, he was preceded in death by a half 
brother, Bob Looney; and grandson, Travis.
