	Mabel C. Thompson, 94, Matney Westside Manor, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 
1992.
	Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Morningside Lutheran Church 
with 
	Mrs. Thompson, former Mabel C. Lee, was born Sept. 28, 1897, in 
Moorhead, Iowa, the daughter of Martin and Carrie Lee.   She married Walter E. 
Thompson Nov. 24, 1926, in Sioux City.  He died May 18, 1978, in Sioux City. 
	
	Survivors include two sons and their wives, Neal and Mary Thompson of 
Sioux City and George and Sharon Thompson of Omaha; a daughter and her 
husband, Beverly and Wesley Andrews of Sioux City; eight  grandchildren; two 
stepgrandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and three stepgreat-grandchildren.
	She was also preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.
