Mr. Uhl died August 23 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.

He was born Nov. 4, 1938, to William Uhl Jr. and Mary (Flamming) Uhl in 
Mapleton.  

He married Sharon Torgerson

Survivors, include his wife, two daughters, Tammy Frank and her husband, Todd, 
of Neola and Melissa Gwennap and husband, Kenny, of Council Bluffs; two sons, 
Larry and wife, Heather, of Omaha and Terry and wife, Renita, of Council 
Bluffs; three sisters, Mary Ann Howland and husband, Buss, of Council Bluffs, 
Dorothy Fester and husband, Bud, and Dolores Wadrich and husband, Louie, both 
of Sioux City; and seven grandchildren.
