ULVEN                                              (From the collection of 
Vivian Norby Andersen)

	Edith C. Braden Ulven passed away Sunday, August 13, 1978.
	She was born November 18, 1891 near Soldier, Iowa, the second daughter 
of Charles T. and Mary E. Dinwiddie Braden.  
	 On December 5, 1911 she was united in marriage of Olaf 
Ulven.           
       Survivors include three sons, Earl of Mapleton, Verne of Soldier, and 
Bennett of Storm Lake; two daughters, Mrs. George (Mildred) Britton of 
Martelle, and Doris of Lake View; a sister, Mrs. Maude Gran of Charter Oak; 23 
grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Olaf, son Donald, 
daughter Lydia, brother Raymond Braden, 2 grandsons and 1 great grandson.
