	Mary Ulven, 88, Soldier, Iowa, died Wednesday, April 8, 1992, at 
Elmwood Care Centre in Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born April 25, 1903, at Soldier, Iowa, to Ole T. and Mattie 
(Field) Hanson.   She Married Harold Ulven on August 12, 1925, in Sioux City, 
Iowa.   Mr. Ulven died April 3, 1978 on Onawa.
	
	Survivors include one daughter, Shirley Aronson of Fort Collins, CO, 
and two sons, Orvan of Soldier, and Marvin of Paulina, one sister, Emma Graetz 
of Soldier, one brother, Oscar Hanson of Rodney, eleven grandchildren, and 
eleven great grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three brothers, 
Guy, Clarence, and Henry, one sister, Leona, one daughter, Lois A. Whitney, 
and one infant brother, Henry Clarence.
