JOHN HENRY
WAGNER			(From the collection of Vivian Norby Andersen)

	John Henry Wagner, age 79, son of Emma Stanton and Hans Wagner was 
born July 12, 1899, in Woods Hollow near Turin, Iowa and passed away Sunday, 
Sept. 3 at  Onawa, Ia., 
	.  He was united in marriage to Louise M. Mortensen of Moorhead, Ia. 
on March 4, 1925 in Onawa, Ia.  They became the parents of five children.  
	He is survived by his widow, Louise, two daughters;  two sons;  seven 
grandchildren, two sisters, Mrs. Margaret Johannsen of Denber, Colo., and Mrs. 
Albert (Alice) Anderson of Sioux City.  Four brothers, Robert of Turin, Carl 
of Onawa, Rev. Charles of Carl Junction, Mo., and Rev. Ernest of Houston, 
Texas, other relatives and friends.  He was preceded in death by his parents, 
an infant son, John Andrew, five sisters, Anna, Katy, Elsie, Florence and 
Dorothy, two brothers, Claude and Louis.
