	Louise Mildred Wagner, 88, of Onawa, Iowa, died Friday, April 10, 
1992, at a hospital in Onawa.
	Louise was born May 25, 1903, in Sioux Township near Moorhead, Iowa, 
to Carl and Meta (Simonson) Mortensen.  
	
	On March 4, 1925, she was united in marriage to John H. Wagner of 
Turin in the Methodist parsonage at Onawa, Iowa.  To this union five children 
were born.   John passed away on September 3, 1978.
	Louise was active in her church being a life member of WSCS, which 
	Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Emma Lou) Stanislav of 
Onawa, and Esther Mae Kenyon of Los Angeles, CA, two sons, Kenneth Elmo Wagner 
of Omaha, NE, and Kermit Lee Wagner of Lindsey, CA, seven grandchildren, Dr. 
Leon Stanislav of Clarksville, TN, Eileen Berlinger of Omaha, NE, Eva Powell 
of Boston, MA, Christy and Karen Peterson of Los Angeles, CA, and Claire 
Ashley of San Jose, CA, five great grandchildren, a half-brother and his wife, 
Peter C. and Rose Ann Mortensen of Blencoe, and a half-sister and her husband, 
Ida and Jack Springer of Cedar Rapids, IA.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and an infant 
son, John Andrew.
