	Rev. M. Dwight Walker, 91, of Sioux City died Thursday, Feb. 27, 1997, 
at the Embassy Care Center in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa.
	Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Christian Church in Moorhead, 
	Rev. Walker was born Dec. 27, 1905, on the family farm southeast of 
Blakesburg, Iowa, to Ernest M. and Myrtle M. (Cassill) Walker.    He married 
Mary Elizabeth Martin on Sept. 1, 1931, in Lincoln, Neb.  She died Oct. 8, 
1992, at South Sioux City.  
	Survivors include a granddaughter of San Francisco; a brother and his 
wife, Joseph and Dora Lyon Walker of Ottumwa, Iowa; several nieces and nephews 
and great-nieces and nephews.
	He was preceded in death by a son, Dwight David; a daughter and her 
husband, Barbara Jean and Charles Ahrweiler; a sister, Neva Walker Helmick; 
and a brother, Orval Walker.
