   Lois Arlene Ulven Whitney, 47, was born December 24, 1930, in Soldier. 
She was killed when a car crashed through her classroom window in Oxnard, CA.  
1978
    She is survived by her husband Frank; daughters Kay Bond and Joni W. 
Hanson, both of San Clemente; mother Mary Ulven of Paulina, and Orvan Ulven of 
Soldier; sister Shirley Aronson of Fort Collins, Colo.; and two grandchildren.
