Mrs. Helen Willey                       (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Mrs. Helen Willey, Whiting, Iowa, died at Burgess Memorial Hospital at 
Onawa, Iowa, on June 3, 1984,
	She was born near Castana, Iowa, on December 29, 1905, to C.B. (Bruce) 
and Myrtle Phillips Pennington.  
	She was married to Ross O. Willey on June 1, 1928, in Whiting.  They 
made their home on a farm near Whiting.  Mr. Willey died April 21, 1983.
	She is survived by a son of Onawa; a daughter of Ames, Iowa; a 
brother, Horton Pennington, Castana, Iowa; seven grandchildren; eight great 
grandchildren; and a half-niece.
