	Mavis C. Willey of rural Whiting, Iowa died September 25, 1992 in 
Norfolk, VA as a result of complications of injuries sustained in a motor 
vehicle accident on August 31, 1992.
	The former Mavis Hall was born November 21, 1927, the youngest 
daughter of Glen and Millie (Huff) Hall, Whiting, IA.
	
	She was married to Vincent Willey on August 26, 1950 at the Whiting 
Congregational Church.  
	
	She is survived by her husband, Vincent, two daughters and their 
husbands and one son and his wife; Kendra and Michael Lawler of Iowa City, IA; 
Shawna and Leo Einck  McLean, VA; and Brett and Suzanne Willey of Castalia, 
IA, and eleven grandchildren.  Also surviving are five brothers and one sister 
and their spouses; Dallas and Bea Hall of Paradise Valley, AZ, Dennis and 
Evelyn Hall of Sloan, IA, Leo and Beulah Hall of Whiting, IA, Lyle and Midge 
Hall of Tempe, AZ, Keith and Joyce Hall of Whiting, IA and Charlene and Edwin 
Anderson of Sioux City, IA and many nieces and nephews.  She was pre-deceased 
by her parents.
