Ross Willey                         (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Ross Osmund Willey, 80, lifelong resident of Whiting, Iowa, passed 
away April 21, 1983, at his farm.
	Ross was born August 15, 1902, near Mapleton, Iowa, to Woodbury C. 
Willey and Ada Ross Willey.  On June 2, 1928, he was united in marriage with 
Mary Helen Pennington at Whiting, Iowa.  
	
	Survivors include his wife, Helen, one son of Whiting, Iowa and one 
daughter of Mapleton, Iowa; one brother, Watson Willey, Onawa, Iowa, one 
sister, Mrs. Harold (Geraldine) Brundidge, Onawa, Iowa, one half-sister, 
Jessie Brown, Irene, S.D., seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren, 
and a half niece, Ada Mallory Fry, who lived with the Willeys many years.
