	Gale L. Winegar, 78, of Moorhead, died Monday, July 8, 1996, at the 
Dunlap Care Center.  Gale was born September 21, 1917 on the Winegar Farm near 
Moorhead, Iowa to parents Roy and Florence Vierth Winegar.  On March 8, 1941, 
Gale married Anna Marie Thoreson at Papillion, NE.    Anna Marie died May 9, 
1980.
	 Gale was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Glenn.
	Survivors include his son, David and his wife, Betty of Moorhead; 
daughter Dixie Blanchard and her husband Bill of Yakima, WA; two grandsons, J; 
one brother Tony Winegar of Vinton, Iowa, and one aunt, Donna Thogerson of 
Onawa, Iowa.
